The Las Colinas Association (LCA) is accepting applications for a part-time, as needed, evening and weekend meeting attendant.
Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old, fluent in English and available from 5 p.m.-10 p.m. Monday-Friday at our headquarters building located at 3838 Teleport Blvd.
and on weekends as needed.
Compensation: $15.00 per hour
Greet and check in meeting attendees in reception area.
Check meeting room before and after meeting for damage to building resulting in the need for general cleaning and/or replacement of any carpet or furnishings.
Be able to set up computer tablet and television monitors for meeting organizer and troubleshoot A/V problems.
Periodically check in on meeting to be sure building use policies are being followed.
After meeting concludes, ensure all attendees have left the building, lock and check front and perimeter doors on both floors.
Other basic duties as requested by the LCA
