Meeting Attendant

The Las Colinas Association (LCA) is accepting applications for a part-time, as needed, evening and weekend meeting attendant.

Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old, fluent in English and available from 5 p.m.-10 p.m. Monday-Friday at our headquarters building located at 3838 Teleport Blvd.

and on weekends as needed.

Compensation: $15.00 per hour

Duties:

 Greet and check in meeting attendees in reception area.

 Check meeting room before and after meeting for damage to building resulting in the need for general cleaning and/or replacement of any carpet or furnishings.

 Be able to set up computer tablet and television monitors for meeting organizer and troubleshoot A/V problems.

 Periodically check in on meeting to be sure building use policies are being followed.

 After meeting concludes, ensure all attendees have left the building, lock and check front and perimeter doors on both floors.

 Other basic duties as requested by the LCA
