Food and Beverage Supervisor
Our unique destination hotel, located directly in the middle of the Fort Worth Historic Stockyards, has an immediate opening for a Food and Beverage Supervisor. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for the success and overall experience of our Food and Beverage operations. This includes our “Gallery Kitchen Breakfast” program, our 24/7 Gallery Menu, and all Banquet and Catering Events. A flexible schedule is a must with the majority of your shifts beginning in the morning. A successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills, the ability to consistently and effectively communicate with guests and other department employees, be able to strive in a fast paced environment, and maintain excellent time management on a daily basis.

- Food and Beverage Inventory
- Execution of Banquet Event Orders
- Daily Breakfast Menu Execution & Presentation
- Kitchen Cleanliness & Organization
- Food & Safety Procedures
- Managing a Team of Employees
Previous hotel experience is appreciated, but not necessary. However, the candidate must be familiar in a kitchen environment, working with food, and health and safety standards.
